04. Commercial Law
Commercial Law:
Commercial law is considered a branch of private law that regulates the set of legal rules that govern commercial business, whether carried out by merchants among themselves or between them and their clients, and regulates the relationship of merchants with each other, whether these merchants are natural persons or legal persons (companies).
Commercial law is a special approach and law applied to a specific type of business, which is commercial business and the activity of a special category of individuals, which is the category of merchants (people or companies). This means that commercial law is narrower in scope than civil law - because the latter, as is well known, includes general rules that govern relations between individuals, regardless of the nature of the professions and the type of transactions in question.
